Can I exchange or return my NoTimes?
Either to make an exchange and a return you must contact us by writing to: email@example.com
In case of a return, the refund will be made once the shipment has been received and processed, the money will be immediately refunded by the method of payment used, depending on both the bank used and the card it may take between 5-10 days to be effective in your account.
With regard to changes in size, an attempt will be made whenever possible, in case of not having stock of the requested size, a refund will be made.

The return process must begin within 90 calendar days after receipt of the order.
All items to be returned must be in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was sent. NoTime reserves the right to cancel the exchange or return if the product is not returned by the user in good condition.
For returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, either by sending the package through the courier that he prefers or subtracting it from the return amount if NoTime is the one who organizes the collection of the package. All shipping costs arising from the order will be deducted from the total refund of the amount. For shipments in Spain it will be € 5 per shipment, for shipments in other countries it will be € 10.99 per shipment.
In the case of articles with possible defects, NoTime will study each case through the images provided by the client, the review of the product and the assessment if it is a defect or wear caused by the use of the product. If the case is accepted as a tare, changes will only be accepted for the same item and size whenever it is available. NoTime reserves the right to decide the procedure in exceptional cases.
