Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Madrid. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Peninsular shipments will arrive in 3 to 5 business days and shipments to the rest of Europe in 4 to 7 business days.

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices displayed on our site are in US dollars tax-free, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
